By accessing or using Alteridad, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
Alteridad services are exclusively for active clients. Account creation requires an invitation from your account manager.
Account Security
You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Immediately notify Alteridad of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data Ownership & Portability
Clients retain full ownership of all data (e.g., inventory, sales, customer information) uploaded or managed through Alteridad. You may request to export, modify, or delete your data at any time, and Alteridad will assist promptly.
Intellectual Property
Alteridad owns and retains exclusive rights to our software, technology, platform, algorithms, and associated intellectual property. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and must not duplicate, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our technology.
Liability Limitation
Alteridad provides services "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Although we aim for high reliability and security, Alteridad is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our platform utilizes third-party providers including Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Please review their privacy policies directly for further details.
Service Availability & Support
Alteridad strives for reliable and consistent availability. Basic support is provided during regular business hours. Response times may vary; we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Mandatory Agreements (DPA/NDA)
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are mandatory during onboarding. These agreements clearly define data handling practices, confidentiality, and responsibilities. All clients and their users must complete these documents before platform use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
