Replena

Perimeter: The products, people, source data and business consequences a pilot covers. One provider, category, warehouse or product family—chosen where recurring decisions are already visible.
Signal: Demand, stock, transit and timing no longer lining up. Only the few situations that materially require attention become decisions.
Recommendation: Replena's proposed next move, with the evidence behind it. It is kept distinct from what a person then decides.
Decision: What a person did with the recommendation—question, accept, modify, postpone or reject—together with the owner and the reason.
Accepted versus executed: The distance between a decision and the action later observed in source data. When an expected action is not seen, the gap is marked as part of the model.
Observation: The daily read of orders, cancellations, stock and transit that confirms or contradicts the plan.
Consequence: The cost, commitment or customer promise at risk while a gap stays open. Realized impact is kept separate from estimated opportunity.
Decision memory: The continuous record of recommendation, decision and outcome that lets an organisation learn from what it decided—and be held to it.
